Email4property Announces Price Increases For January 2006
Email4Property, the national network of 1,900 property websites today announced the first increase in its subscription fees since its launch four years ago; rates will increase by up to 25% effective from January 1st 2006.
“A sluggish property market may seem an odd time to be increasing our subscription rates but in a sense we are victims of our own success,” commented Richard Simmons; Managing Director of Email4Property. He continued: “Our product has been so successful that we have had to effectively put a ‘closed for new business’ sign up for some of the more popular sites in London such as Docklands, Canary Wharf and Clapham that are in danger of being swamped by too many agents. This tends to suggest that Email4Property not only works, but is also excellent value for money. At the end of the day, we are the ones offering brand visibility and traffic to agents’ own websites. Whilst we accept that most agents will subscribe to one of the Property Portals, the vast majority of agents are now recognising the need to promote their own website/brand AS WELL. Consequently, requests to join our network are coming in thick and fast.”
“Brand new customers only” The increased rates will apply to new subscriptions after 1 January 2006. Existing subscribers with a monthly Standing Order will remain at the same rate until at least the end of 2006. “Some estate agents are in their 4th year with us and we wish to recognise their loyalty by keeping down their subscription rates as long as we can,” continued Richard, “There is also now a window of opportunity for agents to sign up before December is over and enjoy our lowest rates.”
A unique business model Email4Property operates a subscription which must be unique in modern business; no contract, no minimum period and the option to pull out at any time. “We retain our subscribers by performing, providing them with real tangible benefits and outstanding value for money.” Richard Simmons added wryly, “but we do warn them when they start that they won’t want to stop because Email4Property is such a marvellous way of generating new business and improving their Internet presence.”
