Email4property Launches Comprehensive House Price Information Service
Email4Property has launched a new free service giving instant access to the actual house prices in any street, area, village, town or city in England and Wales. The data, from Land Registry, covers all house sales in the last five years and gives house owners accurate information on the real value of their greatest asset.
See the local trend As well as exact sale price of each house sold, Email4Property’s house price index will chart the increase (or decrease) in average sale prices in your area over the last five years and for buyers new to the area; rank the most expensive and cheapest streets in any town.
No registration “This is the only free service offering house price data that doesn’t require you to register your personal details leaving you open to a cascade of marketing material and junk mail,” explained Richard Simmons, Managing Director of Email4Property.
Comprehensive “We have designed the service to be the most comprehensive online with access to these prices by street name, by individual or area postcode, by property type and holding.”
Natural fit “It is an excellent fit with our network of 1,900 local websites such as Tewkesbury Estate Agents where property buyers and sellers can easily contact local estate agents by phone, email and via their website.
Instruction tool We also know that estate agents, setting out on a valuation appointment, are already using this service to go armed with real data about recent sales in the neighbourhood to justify their valuations, gain credibility with clients and secure the instruction.” The new service can be accessed from each of the local websites in the Email4Property network such as Bath Estate Agents and clicking on the House Prices link.
