FIRST TIME BUYER RESURGENCE COULD REIGNITE HOUSING MARKET
Steve Lees, Head of Marketing at email4property.co.uk, responds to reports from Rightmove that more than two thirds of potential first time buyers think now is a good time to buy a property:
"First-time buyers are now seeing an opportunity to capitalise on reduced prices and historically low interest rates, with good mortgage deals available to those able to provide a reasonable deposit.
“As first time buyers begin to re-enter the market, this will have a positive knock-on effect all the way up the ladder, providing a much needed boost in housing market activity.”
