Email4Property, the national network of property websites continues to build on its success in the UK as the leading referral service and recently has launched 257 new websites providing a second source of leads for Estate Agents in London.
“We recognised that, in London, buyers look for property by postcode as well as by area. So as well as Westminster Estate Agents , Pimlico Estate Agents and Victoria Estate Agents we now also have SW1 Estate Agents; promoting all the agencies on our area sites,” explained Richard Simmons, MD of Email4Property.
“The new postcode websites are already featuring prominently at the search engines and generating a second stream of referrals from sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.” he continued, “This gives our subscribing agencies extra leads, always welcome in a sluggish market, and raises their profile to a second audience of active players in the property market.”
“We are continually looking for ways to improve our service and have added features such as an exclusive email channel and a printable address list of local agents in the last quarter. The proof of our success is that at least 20 agents a week are wishing to join as subscribers.”
A comprehensive list of all the London area and postcode websites can be found at www.londonestate-agents.co.uk.
