Uk Property Website Reports Strong Letting Market
Email4Property, the national network of property websites, currently enjoying record numbers of visitors, is reporting strong market demand from tenants and landlords across the country.
May has been a record month so far for the network of 1,500 local websites exceeding 750,000 individual visitors for the first time.
“Enquiries from the rental sector remained strong and have increased 9.2% over April whilst we are seeing smaller growth in sales enquiries,” reported Richard Simmons, Managing Director.
“The new ‘Landlord Alert’ added to our email enquiry two weeks ago has been very popular with both landlords and letting agents. We have been surprised at the number of landlords looking for a management company”, he added.
